The house itself has a lot of light and a wonderful backyard with a deck. We welcome people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, races and religions. We are about 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte, close to shopping, hiking, walks and parks. No smokers allowed. We do have a dog who is calm and friendly.
