Relax by the pond, fish, or take a refreshing swim. Tall Pines ATV Park (11 miles) offers off-road adventures. Hit the slopes at Swain Ski Resort (22 miles) for winter sports. Located near SUNY Alfred and AU (2 Miles), ideal for parents visiting. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

Peaceful Country Home

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

The Baus Haus

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Pine Hill Hideaway

Pine Hill Hideaway is your romantic escape in the woods and adventure haven in NY’s Southern Tier—just 25 mins from Letchworth State Park and steps from thousands of acres of state forest and wildlife management areas. Our family friendly home is nestled in a wooded lot in the quaint historic Silverlake Institute. Just a short walk to the Silver Lake with Public Boat launch and Lake Beach/Swim area. Wonderful open kitchen/dining room with wifi and TVs with cable/Smart TV options. Huge yard with private parking area, picnic table, firepit and games. Spacious covered porches to enjoy in a quaint setting.

The Carriage House

Explore everything Rochester has to offer from the comfort of our remodeled carriage house! We are located just outside the village of Churchville, less than 20 minutes to downtown. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.
