Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. With five rooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Affordable and no-frills, it's a comfortable, budget-friendly base. Step outside to explore the beautiful beach just moments away, where you can swim, sunbathe, or take leisurely strolls along the boardwalk. Perfect for those seeking simplicity and a central location to make lasting memories.

Peaceful, comfortable, and close to all that Gisborne has to offer. Walk to the main street, to food and takeaways and bottle store, and the best pies at Bakery 22. Just a two minute walk to the Botanical Gardens and the Taraheru river, and a scenic stroll across the footbridge up to the Ballance St Village. Enjoy a longer walk connecting with the walkway to Waikanae Beach, or take a quick drive to Gisborne's beautiful beaches. Or simply relax in the large garden with mature fruit trees.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Gisborne's famous Stock Route /Cooper St surf break just a few steps away. Morning coffee in our local cafe with a local beer brewery in walking distance too. Our home offers an ideal holiday spot to unwind and relax with all the amenities you would need on your holiday. Walk beautiful Wainui beach, cosy up by the fire it's heaven!

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

That persimmon place

Here in the far east are the first in the world to see the light of day. Known for our laid-back surf culture, superior Chardonnay and aromatic wines, fertile soils and abundance of local produce. This modern retreat offers the perfect balance of rural peace and coastal convenience, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and our very own persimmon orchard. A 7min (6.3km) drive to town beaches, a 6min (4.4km) drive to town and a 10min (6.3km) drive to the air port.

The Shed - Orchard Retreat

Our two bedroom accomodation is positioned to get the best views out over our citrus orchard. The large deck extends off the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen to allow indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen with everything you may need as well as a bottle of our award winning orange juice. Due our deck and the stairs our property is not suitable for young children. We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking.
