The cosy and sunny house is completly sorrounded by a garden accessible from a large covered veranda, with a relaxing and restful view of the Dolomites. It is bordered by a park with century-old beeches and fir-trees, which leads to the nearby alpine lake. It is located at 934mt in Valle dei Laghi, about 25km far from Trento and 30 from Riva del Garda. The Monte Bondone is easily reachable in few minutes by car. All the services are located down in the valley (10 minutes by car).

Unser Haus steht im Dorfzentrum von Kastelbell Tschars im Untervinschgau in ruhiger Lage, ein ideales Urlaubsziel für Familien mit Kinder zu jeder Jahreszeit. Das Konzept ist "Wohnen in der Natur" . Die Besonderheit sind zwei Glasfronten mit uneingeschränkter Aussicht über das Tal die sich im Untergeschoss zu beiden Seiten öffnen lassen. So lässt sich ein angenehmes Klima schaffen, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung . Barrierefrei da beide Ebenen einen separaten Eingang haben.

Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
