You have the whole fountain courtyard for your private outside lounging and entertainment (lit up magically at night). Note: Microwave, Toaster , coffee maker, washer dryer, refrigerator, NO FULL KITCHEN.

You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.
