Unsere frisch renovierte und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss bietet auf 60 qm für bis zu vier Erwachsene Raum zum Leben und Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa (Sofabett) und ein Flatscreen-TV. Überdachter Süd-Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (200x200). Zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und ein modernes Badezimmer, großzügige Dusche.

Zum Skifahren sind wir ideal gelegen. Sie können vom HEIMHOF alle Skigebiete von Ga-Pa ohne Auto erreichen. Zugspitz-Alpspitz- Kreuzeckbahn und Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Zentral gelegen erreichen Sie die Fußgängerzone, den Bahnhof, die Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, das Olympia Eissportzentrum und das Alpspitz-Wellenbad in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
