Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
