This is my home which I let out occasionally. It’s fully air-conditioned, fenced, low-set, and in a very quiet suburb of North Rockhampton (Norman Gardens) The back patio is straight off from the living area with a BBQ and TV. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to Central Queensland University, shops and pub. I’ll meet and greet then say goodbye. I also have an Airbnb in Yeppoon, in which I have achieved a Superhost rating

Farnborough Cottage features a massive veranda on a large, pet friendly, fully fenced block: It is a beachfront paradise overlooking the Keppel Islands.
