Small stone house in traditional Greek style on the island of Thassos, approximately 40 square meters to 1.5 floors with magnificant sea view and sunset. Wooden kitchen, Bath with shower / toilet with water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace and partial thermo-floor heating. Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Είναι ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό σπίτι (1881μ.Χ.) 55 τ.μ + 20 τ.μ. μπαλκόνι και αυλή, προσφάτως ανακαινισθέν πλήρως. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο , μια ευρύχωρη αίθουσα - κουζίνα και ένα μπαλκόνι. Το χωριό είναι από τα σημαντικότερα ορεινά χωριά της Θάσου, με μια δυναμική που έλκει τον επισκέπτη, τόσο εξ αιτίας της μακρόχρονης ιστορίας του, όσο και λόγω του φυσικού κάλους της περιοχής, όπου είναι κτισμένος.
