Η ιδανική σας απόδραση ξεκινά εδώ, σε ένα χώρο που χτιστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινιστηκε απο τον πατέρα μου το 2025. Απολαύστε την όμορφη αυλή όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας κάτω από τον αμπελώνα. Small stone house in traditional Greek style on the island of Thassos, approximately 40 square meters to 1.5 floors with magnificant sea view and sunset. Wooden kitchen, Bath with shower / toilet with water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace and partial thermo-floor heating. Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

Sunshine

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset. The sunset will fade but the memories will last forever! ☀️
