Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Charming residence immersed in the quiet of the Asti hills, where the authentic charm of nature and exposed bricks meets contemporary comfort. Surrounded by greenery and open views of nature, the villa offers an elegant, private and profoundly relaxing atmosphere. Outside, a beautiful panoramic pool dominates the landscape, flanked by a large private garden with outdoor dining area, barbecue, sun loungers and large spaces designed to enjoy moments of conviviality and absolute relaxation.

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).
