The Pink Seahorse - Beachfront Modern A-Frame

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants. Longvue is an Old Florida house set on private Medicis island in the Intracoastal Waterway surrounded by the Guana/Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73,000 acres) and Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acres). Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.

(2 people max.) Your little haven will have a screened pool enclosure attached to the pool house’s private porch. During rental times, the pool area is private for you, neighbors aren’t able to see as well. Sorry, this place is not for gatherings, -of any kind. Absolutely no children.
