The huge yard is perfect for outdoor yard games. New fast Nest router connects to smart speaker, thermostat and TV.

The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a double futon. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, Kuerig coffeemaker, complimentary " K- Cups" (coffee), washer&dryer.

Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!
