Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Ocean front luxurious farmhouse style home in Elk Creek neighborhood perfectly positioned for an easy 120 steps to the beach and a short 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Everyone will have space and be very comfortable in our three king size bedrooms each with en suite, and one with a set of bunks for the kids which makes Seabatical a delightful choice for folks to share. At Seabatical you will watch sunrises, sunsets, and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Ahhhh...

Our cottage is dog friendly and located between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, about a 15 minute drive to each. An easy-going space that offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a small living/dining area, and a full bath with tub. There is no TV but there is high speed WiFi, some books, cards, and games. There’s an enclosed walkway and patio area offering privacy and a safe enclosure for pets. An outdoor space near your entry offers two chairs, a tabletop gas grill, and a crab pot cooker.

Oceans Edge Cottage: New Remodel/Walk to Beach/Pet

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.
