This glamping-mobile is thoughtfully designed to offer you an instagram-worthy experience that you'll remember long after your trip to the Ozarks is over. What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Welcome to the Blue Bungalow! This cozy bus has 1 queen bed & futon, so you can unwind in comfort. Utilize the stovetop (no oven), microwave, & Keurig to whip up your favorite dishes. The bathroom has a shower & toilet. Enjoy the AC, heating, & WiFi during your stay. Outside has a fire pit, chairs, a hammock, baggo set & frisbee golf as well. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This bus at one time was the River Bound Express at River Ranch Resort hauling hundreds of people to the river. Since then we have fully renovated this 35’ bus which has all the comforts of home including bedding, heat and A/C, indoor shower and all the extras needed to enjoy a stay in Noel, MO. It sits in a secluded patch of woods complete with a nice deck and fire pit. just 3-5 minutes from the beautiful Elk River.

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
