Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

Hytta ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser med skogen rett utenfor døra. Her kan du nyte stilleheten og høre susen i trærne og fuglene som kvitrer. Nærhet til Kvåsfossen med mulighet for villaksfiske. Fantastiske turmuligheter sommer som vinter. Varme deg på bålpanne på berget utenfor hytta. Terrasser rundt store deler av hytta for den som elsker og slappe av i solstolen. Ca 20 minutter med bil ligger Lyngdal som kan by på shopping/restauranter og ikke minst Sørlandsbadet. 30 min fra skisenter.

Her bor dere skjermet og tett på naturen, med utsikt og rolige omgivelser som gjør det lett å senke skuldrene. Perfekt for 2–3 familier eller voksne vennepar som ønsker gode dager sammen. Ute venter terrasser, trampoline og god plass til både lek og avslapning.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
