The Annex

Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. Stay at The Courtyard, a beautiful stone barn conversion set in 2-acre private grounds in the Cotswolds, close to Soho Farmhouse, Oxford & Shakespeare's Stratford. The Artist’s Studio

The Artist's Studio is a self contained wing of The Manor House in Sibford Gower - a picturesque village on the edge of the Cotswolds. The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms with a lounge /dining area. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)

The Dovecote, a cottage set in a peaceful garden

The Dovecote is an elegant peaceful cottage, set in a garden of a medieval Manor. In Tudor times the Dovecote providing doves to the Royal Palaces Today, the dovecote has undergone extensive restoration, converting it into a charming living space, with modern facilities and fast Wifi. Now it's ideal for different purposes from a relaxing getaway, to a home from home for a business traveller or a quiet space to study. The Dovecote has a modern kitchen with a dining Table.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
