Only a half-mile from Cataract Lake, quick and easy access to boating, fishing, kayaking, etc. awaits! Numerous nearby attractions are sure to provide great experiences (Cataract Falls, Exotic Feline Rescue Center, Terre Haute Casino, state parks, brewery/winery, local shops/eateries, etc.) And of course, simply enjoying time in and around the cabin itself is a fulfilling getaway!

Pioneer Log Cabin on the Lake

Take a step back in time to a simpler way of life! Enjoy this log cabin that was originally built in the pioneer days. While the cabin retains the charm of the 1800's, it also has been updated with basic amenities like electricity, indoor plumbing, hot water, and everything you would expect from a modern cabin. Located on Cataract Lake, yards from a public boat launch, this is the perfect spot to get out onto the lake or just relax amongst the trees. Boat parking is provided on the property.

Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm and spacious barn. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. Set up on the patio of the barn to watch the abundant wildlife or have a fire in the firepit. You can hang out in the barn, play games, or just relax. Things change here often as we are still building the winery, so come see what is new. Also visit the chickens, ducks , and turkeys.

The beautiful remote cabin sits on 4 acres and is surrounded by mature trees and two glistening ponds. Enjoy your day exploring the nearby Cataract Falls and spend your evening around a bonfire. Celtic Glen is a working, 100 acre family farm of heritage breed livestock, nestled in an old limestone quarry on the banks of the White River, on one side, and Fall Creek, on another. 10x12 log cabin, bistro table, firm cot platforms for 2 cot width or 1 queen, dewalt fan. A convenient 20 miles to downtown Bloomington & Indiana University.

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
