The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. 1881 Courthouse, Studio

Built in 1881 in historical Church Hill, with modern amenities, the Courthouse is centrally located in Gawler, yet quiet, offering a unique, self-contained accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley, Gawler main street and shops. The Studio is at the front of this majestic building and is completely private. Originally the Witness Waiting Room , Entrance Foyer, Hallway, and WCs, the Studio is cosy and well equipped with initial breakfast supplies, fast internet and Netflix.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
