Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Ook kunt u vanaf de woning, de pittoreske dorpjes bekijken zoals Giethoorn, Kalenberg, Ossenzijl. Maar ook het havenstadje Blokzijl heeft veel bezienswaardigheden. Het huisje is een pareltje aan het Ganzendiep. Een oase van rust en tegelijkertijd op 20 minuten fietsen (10 autominuten) van het historische centrum van Kampen. Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.
