We totally renovated our lovely 1850's stone cottage in the historic town of Elsah. Along with the modern style and amenities, you will find many fun, artistic surprises that will inspire you. The space is 1,500 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a TV room in the basement. There is ample room to spread out and maintain privacy. - Please note that the cottage is not young child-friendly, as it features open outlets, designer furniture, and heavy, unsecured mirrors.

Enjoy the country life in rural Greene Co in our cabin located on our farm. A great getaway spot! Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, porch and fire pit. Look out over the field for a beautiful sunrise. On a clear night, the stars are amazing! Enjoy nature and take a walk along our creek. Spend some time in our little town at our local shops and restaurants.... We live in the country between Carrollton and Jerseyville. (There is no WiFi.)

Enjoy the rustic charm of exposed brick and spacious rooms. This unique historic home built in the late 1800's includes a kitchen furnished with coffee and cooking accessories. Two bedrooms and a full size futon in living room provide plenty of room to entertain or relax.

Grafton Getaway @ The Studio

The Studio joins our sister Grafton Getaway locations and is located on 3 acres just 7 minutes from town. Bring the kids for pond fishing and rock play pit or have a couples retreat in this cozy studio home. Walk the property which has fruit trees and a dry creek bed, or enjoy our hammocks, rocking chairs, record player etc that Grafton Getaway Guesthouses are known for. Our Towering Pines rental home is on the other side of driveway.

This charming, remodeled cottage is conveniently located between Grafton and Alton, IL on top of the bluff, high above the Mississippi River and the Great River Road. This 2 bedroom cottage is in a private, woodland setting perfect for your bird and wildlife viewing. We have seen many eagles, turkey and deer. Although there is not WiFi in the house, there is a WiFI and River viewing area close by.
