PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

The Evergreen on West Lost Lake

Relax with friends and family at this clean and contemporary cabin and embrace the lake life by relaxing on the deck, grilling meals, boating, and fishing. Your stay includes access to the sandy beach, two docks, a boat launch, several kayaks & paddle boards, and a pontoon rental. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
