We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment adjacent to our house, with 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This two-bedroom, one guest bath is waiting for you whether you're here for work or visiting. Comfortable, newly renovated home in a quiet, safe established neighborhood. Beautiful new Park nearby. Outdoor space with porch swing, fire pit, and seating area. Smoking permitted only in this space and has a receptacle for your use. Great open-concept kitchen, dining area will make you feel right at home. Owner will not occupy when you're here.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Custom Designed Country Guesthouse

Wow - space and flexibility! MONTHLY DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER-TERM STAYS ~ Upstairs apartment has bedroom w/2 queen beds and a foldout single sofa in private living room nook. Downstairs bedroom has custom designed Amish furniture w/a queen size convertible Murphy bed / sofa to allow for extra space during the day. Includes large screen TV, wing chair and large desk with desk chair for teleworkers. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior owner approval.

The Barn at Bloom & Bower

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Rental includes an upstairs living area/bedroom; downstairs includes fully equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and garage space you can set-up folding tables and chairs to enjoy a meal.
