Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. There is definitely a vintage vibe. New roof and windows in 2026. More updates soon. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor.
