房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 大多喜の筍はえぐみが少なく美味しいのが有名で、3月下旬から4月下旬が食べ頃になります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。（3年後にビジターセンターがオープン予定です） 当施設は、夷隅川を見ろす場所に位置し、地Ge盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)

Buongiorno, It is Italian Japanese ZOLA. I found a small villa of Tuscany in an out-of-the-way forest of Katsuura- city, Chiba. If lunch looks up at the sky at the sound that birdsong and wind pass through the forest, the flame night when the open-air fire wavers in the voice of the insect at dusk in BGM, a star-filled sky waits for. Kokorono is located in a special environment, nestled in the mountains, with a river and waterfall within reach, and in the middle of nature, so you have to walk across the river to reach it. Please be sure to bring sandals or knee-high rubber boots appropriate for the season. This unexplored region of nature, isolated from human habitation, is sometimes closed to people due to weather conditions, but this inconvenience is transformed into a unique value.

ここは、昭和初期に建てられたと思われる「とても古い建物」です。 かつては干物屋さん（Dried fish shop）だったとのこと。 奥行が長い長屋で、とても個性的な造りをしています。 玄関からすぐの土間、妙に小高い居間、急こう配の階段、少し傾いた2階など随所に光る不便さ。当時の面影を残しつつ、快適に過ごせるようリフォームしました。 宿の場所は勝浦朝市通りのすぐ裏、商店街の並びにあるので好立地。勝浦港まですぐなので、気軽に釣りにも行けますよ。朝は朝市でとれたて野菜や干物を買ったり、地元で有名なコーヒー屋さんで一休みしたり、近くのお寺巡りをしたり、千葉県最古の銭湯「松の湯」での入浴もおすすめ！近くの居酒屋もリーズナブルでいい雰囲気のお店が色々あります。勝浦タンタン麺もお試しあれ！ 勝浦中央海水浴場までは徒歩７分 近くのスーパーは「ベイシア」車で4分 近くのコンビニは「セブンイレブン」徒歩5分 勝浦駅は徒歩9分 よろしければ、お気に入り登録してくださいね♪
