The property rents out the whole lower ground floor. You can relax in this quiet, nature-inspired exclusive place ideal for family bonding, chillaxing with friends or team-building with co-workers. The place has a social space for meetings or workshops or simply for having fun. Balai Kinaiyahan is near to most tourist attractions in Oslob including the famous whalesharks watching, Tumalog falls, monkey watching and others. Few kilometers away is the port going to Dumaguete.

BLUE BAYOU BOLJOON. A two bedroom beach cottage perfect for big groups as the guest gets to have exclusive use of the entire property. The property is located in Poblacion, Boljoon right beside the Palanas by the Sea Beach Resort. It is just a 30 minute drive to the famous Oslob Whale Watching. Highly recommended as a base camp for oslob tour! NOTE: Our place is not advisable for guests who has a hard time walking as the entrance to the property is through a bamboo pathway.

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
