Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.

Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής 60τμ. Στην Αιγιάλη 25 μέτρα από την παραλία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο με καφετέριες, μπαράκια και ταβέρνες. Λίγα μέτρα από Super market, Α.Τ.Μ, συγκοινωνίες, εμπορικά. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ενώ ξεχωρίζει το μπαλκονακι που έχει θέα το λιμάνι του νησιού !Τέλος σε κοντινή αποσταση απο το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων.
