Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Enjoy excellent fishing, great kayaking and an abundance of wildlife nearby. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and live music venues. Historic St. Augustine, Orlando theme parks, and NASA/ Cape Canaveral are close enough for easy day trips.

Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. There are many natural springs in the area to explore by kayak, boat or bike!! 40 min. to beaches, 40 min. to attractions!! We do accepts pets, the fees and registration must be paid on the app.

Designed for ultimate relaxation and equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy your cozy home away from home. We have the beach, the restaurants, and rivers nearby for kayaking or boating! Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.

Nice house right on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, half bath in laundry, and outside shower. Full kitchen and beautiful beach view. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. We also have a collapsible highchair and a pack and play with changing station for guests with infants. This is a family friendly place and we prefer family or coupled guests over the age of 25. We do not charge a cleaning fee so we expect guests to clean up after themselves and reset the house.
