As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed in the bedroom, a pull-out couch in the living room, and it has two full bathrooms and a full open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher. This unit even has a walk-in shower! The beach access is literally right outside the oceanside window.
