Welcome to the vintage 100 year old original guest Cabin, nestled over the Salish Sea on a private estate with two cabins, beach, camp fire, kayaks & paddle boards. Seals, otters, eagles and deer are your neighbors. Walk to Turtleback Mountain south trailhead for grand views above. The secluded Hot Tub is tucked under cedar trees, over the beach, private for either cabin, but not at the same time.

Unique fun space! if you are adventurous and want to crash at a very unique spot this is it. First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. Head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs.

It comes with a full-size kitchen, 2-bedrooms with Smart TV's, full bathroom, very fast Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, small fenced backyard, Level 2 EV charger, mini split AC in all rooms, and an always-on 6-seater hot tub.

Please note that April 25-May17 there will only be a passenger ferry to and from Lummi Island. Our farm is a peaceful respite from the harried pace of life most people contend with. An exclusive location with amazing views, private beach, two kayaks, above water deck, a Japanese Soaking Tub, and outdoor fire pit. All within a five minute walk to Eastsound. Kayaks, bicycles, mooring buoy, and crab trap are available for free on site for use with a signed Release of Liability located in the three ring binder in the unit.

Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.
