A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.

Fly in with your personal airplane to our private airport or cruise the Saint John’s river and tie up to our dock or hop in your car in and enjoy 130 acres of pristine Florida living ! We have a $20 maintenance fee for use of a golf cart to enjoy trails, head to the water to fish or visit our Scottish Highland cows and their babies!
