Studio - Trabuco Canyon, Orange County

Welcome to Cabin 63... or, we like to call her, ‘The little Red House’. Our little prefab studio is located in a quiet, safe, tucked away rural neighborhood... at the foot of beautiful Saddleback Mountain. Three chickens and a cat free range among the oak trees and you will often hear the sounds of horses meandering down the road. The studio has a comfortable queen bed, not to firm, and the bed is dressed with comforter in duvet cover. The tiled bathroom is simple and clean.

Belmont Heights is a historic, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!

1 queen bed in studio. Experience San Juan in a guest cottage in the heart of old town. Walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. Bright and clean newly finished studio with Queen bed, kitchenette that includes sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. Perfect for Ohana Festival (5-10 mins), in town weddings or SJC Mission visits. Close to freeway and beaches. I live in the front house (with our two small children) and the cottage sits through driveway behind a gate.

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in the Sunny Hills area of Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.
