Haven by the Beach Waterfront Fully Self Contained

This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The Shack @ Slopen

This is a traditional Shack with modern comforts. It’s the sort of place you might remember from childhood holidays. Located right on a beautiful bay it is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Walk out the front gate and you are on the beach. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Many of my guests return again and again!

Sandtemple Beach Shack. A Tasmanian Secret.

Sandtemple is a beachfront shack, resting lightly on top of a tiny sand dune between Cremorne Beach and Pipe Clay Lagoon with direct access and views of both. A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. It’s a space like no other with views out every window. Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

Possum's Nest - cosy, romantic and private

Possum's Nest is cosy beach side cottage 40 minutes south of Hobart and the airport. It's a compact eco-friendly home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stroll to the jetty to fish, paddle-board or kayak or take a short drive to some our best surfing beaches. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Within a stone's throw to a gorgeous quiet sandy beach Possum's Nest is the perfect getaway.

Waterfront 'Tupelo' with Sauna on Primrose Point

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery. Dreamview Cottage

A charming, cosy cottage, Dreamview is your perfect place to relax by the sea. All day sun and the best location in White Beach. This stunning 2.6 k stretch of sand is right on your doorstep. Be lulled by the waves as you drift off to sleep at night. Relax with a book on the deck, or cook up a storm in the compact well appointed kitchen. A great location to explore the many delights of the Tasman Peninsula. Bedrooms have been recently fitted with quality linen and cosy throws.

Unique totally beach front cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you enjoy at home. Wood heater with Netflix and Sing Star. Close to bus stop and RSL. Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

Camp Rising ~ Cygnet, Tasmania

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

A shack shaped by love and salt air. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

A waterfront Pavilion on private 8 acres bushland. This unique waterside location provides a unique setting for your Huon Valley stay. Eat like a local at the Red Velvet, The Old Bank in Cygnet. Fully self contained, the cottage is all yours to enjoy. You’ll meet the friendly wild life as you explore the surrounding bush land. On day two, why not book the private cedar outdoor Hot tub!

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

We are located on the Huon River, 45 mins to Hobart, 15 mins to Huonville and 5 mins to the lovely village of Cygnet where you will find cafes and wonderful selection of artisan shops, art gallery, cafe's and a world famous potter all for you to explore and enjoy The living area opens up to a garden on both sides with paths that lead down to a jetty and beach.
