Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartenmöbel und Grillmöglichkeit. Weitere Einrichtung: Internetzugang (WLAN) und Kinderstuhl. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Antenne, Satellit. Ferien Haus befindet sich einzeln stehend, am Ortsrand, im Wald und in ruhiger Hanglage.
