Start off with a coffee watching the sunrise on front dining area. Spend the day lounging in the sun on the rooftop patio. Stay in and cook an amazing dinner and watch the sunset. Then only blocks from downtown Kingston go enjoy a night on the town IMPORTANT NOTE: this houseboat must remain securely docked at all times and cannot be taken out on the water.

NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Its' docked in Tobermory's BIg Tub Harbour. Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.

Stay on this amazing Yacht. Sleeps up to 4 people. V birth(front) bedroom with 2 beds and the Aft(rear) bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom: flush toilet, sink and shower. Open concept 12'X14' kitchen: fridge, stove, sink and microwave,living area: couch, chairs, tv, dvd player wifi available. Screened in area provides bug free enjoyment at night for all. Sun tan on the bow of the boat. Private BBQ for grilling, Enjoy all resort amenities including: in ground pool, canoes, kayaks, beach.

Enjoy a Georgian Bay sunset! Boat access only come and sleep on the water docked safely in Georgian bay! Jump in the lake off the dock! Visit the historic lighthouse and view the amazing sunsets! Bring your sleeping bags cooler with some food, and drink and you have a great weekend! There’s a bbq and Coleman stove. We can pick you up at Liesure Bay Marina and give you a boat ride out to the mouth of Georgian bay and run you back in! 100$ for taxi (both ways) 20 a day for parking
