We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Be adventurous and stay in rustic old Gidley Station. It was moved to "Trail Acres" in the 1920's and was converted to a house. It has a unique but spacious floor plan, and is on a property that we have been working hard to restore for the last few years. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING!
