This is our family vacation home and we are happy to share it with you! This is a three level townhouse located directly on the beach. No need to cross busy streets. Walk out the front door and you’re at the beach. It really is that simple. This is not a high rise with elevators and 100’s of units and visitors. This is a simple vacation home with a private beach. The private beach is shared with only owners and guests of 6 units, that’s all. The experience is that of simple tranquility.

Enjoy relaxing on the back deck or down at the water. Delight in daily dolphin sightings, fishing off the pier, and taking in the gorgeous spring and summer sunsets.
