Studio apartment is 32 m2 large and is suitable for 2 guests with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (guest have complete apartment space for themselves). The whole apartment is air conditioned and it is very comfortable to stay. Self check-in possible! Guests have access to private parking in front of the apartment (closed yard) so your car will be on safe! Beach is 1,5 km away, big shopping center is less then 1 km away from apartment. A small grocery store is only 50 meters away from apartment!

On the ground floor are the offices of an insurance company. We live in the house, and the apartments are on the first and second floors.
