Enjoy the Connecticut shoreline in our year round beach house. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, living room, enclosed front porch, fully equipped kitchen and backyard. Short walk to Soundview beach. Enjoy great dining and shopping in Old Saybrook, Essex, Mystic, Chester and Niantic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walks to the beach. Plenty of things to do within a short drive, Mystic Aquarium, Mohegan Sun , Foxwoods, Essex Steam Train, Clinton Outlets and much more.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, nestled among English-style gardens. A quiet country escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, Tinker Gardens is a cozy private cottage full of character (including murals by a local artist). Adjacent to the Nehantic State Forest in the stunning countryside of Lyme, there are numerous trails to hike or bike and a lake to swim or kayak. There is easy access to beaches and some of the best restaurants in Southeastern Connecticut.

Many Main Street restaurants such as the American Hotel, Lulu's, Page 63, Wolffer Kitchen, Sen, Sag Pizza and Goldberg's, etc are a few minutes away. On Main Street one finds the Sag Harbor Cinema, The Bay Street Theater, Schiavoni's Market and Yoga Shanti. The house is a 12-minute walk to Haven's Beach. 1-minute around the corner from the house is Cavaniola's Wine, Cheese and Kitchen shops as well as the Sag Harbor Beverage store.

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!
