Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly octagon house built in the 1850s in Seneca County Ohio. On the 3 acre wooded lot, you may want to set inside and enjoy the view of the outside from the many windows or swing under the tree and enjoy nature. You can go for a walk or a bike ride on the quiet country road or take a walk around the 1.6 mile reservoir, fishing is also an option. We are just 15 minutes from Fremont, Tiffin and Bellevue. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Close to local grocery store, public boat launch, and a great neighborhood waterfront restaurant.
