This is a nice rooftop studio apartment on a century old western style building that also houses a local real estate firm. It has a double bed and dining table, and a futon that could be another double. There's a bamboo privacy screen if needed. The rooftop deck is all yours, and a gazebo and charcoal bbq is shared with the residents. This is a non-smoking suite. A small dog is ok. There is a small yard.

This unit is a lakefront studio that has a Queen bed with a 3 piece bathroom, kitchenette with all the basics including coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Wifi and cable TV included plus on site laundry and an outdoor heated seasonal pool open from May 18 to October 10th. We have staff on site during business hours 7 days a week to exchange fresh towels and linens for you. We are 100% Non Smoking indoors and out.
