Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
