Comfortable apartment near city centre

The apartment has 52 mp, in the centre of the city. It is located 10 min. by foot to the Metropolitan Cathedral, 10 min. by foot to Unirii Square (the biggest Square from the city), with many coffee shops, restaurants, pub's. Here is located the Night life of the city. In Unirii Square you can visit the old-city buildings, Art Museum, shops, boutiques, old churches. You are near the Bega River and 10 min. by foot to Iulius Mall. Supermarkets Carrefour and Kaufland are just around the corner.

Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.

The apartment is completely renovated in a modern style, perfect to make your stay in Timisoara more pleasant. It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! Our guests will have access to all amenities of the apartment and we hope they will feel like home.

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

Aici timpul pare să încetinească, ba chiar să se oprească în loc, oferindu-ți ocazia să te poți conecta alături de persoana dragă, cu natura, cu traiul simplu și cadrul rural românesc.
