The Little Green Guest House

We picked the perfect location for exploring New River Gorge! We actually live here and LOVE it. Over the last 2 years, we completely rebuilt this Little Guest House from the ground up while exploring and putting together the local's ultimate guidebook of the area. Our goal was to make a cozy and cute cottage to highlight why we love WV so much. We strive for eco-friendly practices because we want to see this place clean and thriving for our kids and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. Here, you are located only five minutes from the New River Gorge, Ace Adventures, a variety of outdoor activities, local restaurants, and many other popular attractions. This space comfortably sleeps 4 with one king bed and a couch that pulls out into a full size bed. Feel free to use the washer and dryer to your convenience and take advantage of our full kitchen! *There is a small pet fee*

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

We are located 40 minutes from Winterplace Ski Resort with easy access to route 19 and I77.
