This is a beautifully updated and spacious 1-bed walk-out suite in our character home. Our home is in a safe and established neighbourhood of family homes, and is even safer as we are both police officers. We are a 15 minute walk to Camosun College and a 10 minute walk to RJH. We are within a block to major bus routes. Downtown is an easy bus ride or a 10 minute drive. Willows Beach is a 20 minute walk and there are major grocery, liquor and shopping close by, including Hillside Mall.

Tolmie Park, boasting one of the best sunsets you'll see, hiking trails and panoramic ocean and city views. Close to groceries, restaurants, Hillside Mall and major bus routes. Located in the heart of Cordova Bay you are just a few steps to a fantastic sand bar beach. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have an 18 hole championship golf course. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Our two bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great beds and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with really comfy furniture, WiFi and fireplace. We can accommodate as many as four guests. Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.
