There are two bedrooms a bathroom including bath and shower. There’s a comfy corner sofa and large open plan living area to cook and eat together, relax and watch a movie. Take breakfast on the balcony. During the day enjoy the patio and lunch outside or lounge in the sun. The hot tub makes for a perfect evening wind down.

‘The Tree House’ is located in the beautiful village of Cherry Burton with off street parking, just 3 miles from Beverley. Luxury accommodation in the Yorkshire Wolds, ideal for walkers or cyclists, located directly on the popular Route 66. Costa) and pubs. Historic York, Castle Howard and the Yorkshire coast are less than an hour’s drive away. Well placed for York, Beverley and the coast. Enclosed garden. This is my part-time home so, there's everything you need, including games, kitchen essentials, a comfy king size bed & 2 parking spaces. The cosy living room has a large dining table and a double comfy sofa bed. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform.

Off street parking, private entrance (small step)key safe check in, walk in wardrobe, dressing table, long mirror, double bed (sleeps up to 2) and an en-suite. Access to a kitchenette/utility kitted with a toaster, microwave/oven and kettle. Teas and coffee are available you will need to bring some milk. The garden is a shared space.

Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.
