Bonjour, Nous vous proposons une ancienne grange avec son terrain clos de 250m2, donnant vue sur le pré de nos animaux. Cette grange indépendante fait partie d'un ancien corps de ferme où nous habitons également. Située en campagne, à 3kms du bourg et de ses commodités . -cuisine: Frigo-congélateur, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, four, plaque induction, lave linge -salon: tv écran plat et PS2 -1 salle d'eau -A l'étage: deux grandes chambres d'environ 20m2 chacune Chauffage au bois uniquement

In the lounge theres a coffee table, 2 stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas and a wall mounted smart tv with Netflix. In the sun room theres a log burner with 2 single chairs. A downstairs toilet/washing machine are in the utility. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms which have super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers.

There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.
