Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže i autobusne stanice oko 200 m. Do centra 750 m.

Apartament położony jest na parterze i posiada 2 sypialnie z balkonami, duży salon z kuchnią, 3 łazienki i duży balkon ze stołem i grillem. Położony jest w miejscowości Novalja, 2 minuty od plaży i oferuje bezpłatne Wi-Fi, klimatyzację, sezonowy odkryty basen oraz ogród. W apartamencie jest salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem i konsolą do gier 5S5 wraz z grami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i zmywarką. W każdej sypialni jest telewizor. Do dyspozycji gości są leżaki i deska do pływania SUP.

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
