There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The lounge/dining area with air conditioning is situated on the upper floor overlooking tree lined countryside. There is a patio and brick built barbecue with a pizza attachment and a large paddock for the children or dogs to play in also a 8m x 4m marquee ideal for family parties. There is an inexpensive golf course in the village. Local pub is short walk away.
