Ancienne menuiserie parisienne située en fond de cours au calme, entièrement rénovée. Nous avons souhaité garder l'âme de ce lieu. C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu. Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
