Flott tur terreng rett utenfor døren, en del av DNT sitt løypenett fra Jotunheimen gjennom Skarvheimen til Finse. Perfekt stoppested mellom Oslo og Bergen for en overnatting. Breistølen åpnet allerede i 1843, og ble i 1891 formelt etablert som skysstasjon. Vertskapsfamilien har eid og drevet Breistølen siden 1958. Velkommen til fjells!
